Laser cutting, bending, welding and painting

On our 12 kW fibre laser: steel and stainless up to 25 mm, aluminium up to 20 mm, copper too.

Since 2024 we have been cutting on a new 12 kW fibre laser with 4 × 2 m work tables. Thin sheet is cut fast and clean, thicker plate just as well. We nest so that little material is left over, and you see that in the price.

Three press brakes, up to 4 metres long and 175 tonnes.

On three press brakes we bend parts up to 4 metres long, with up to 175 tonnes of force. For other shapes we also have a press and a rolling machine. Longer parts, up to 7.1 m, are bent at our site in Košice.

MIG/MAG and TIG, by hand and with a welding robot.

Good welding takes experience: the right heat input, as little distortion as possible and clean seams, in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. For repeat work we also use a welding robot; the rest is welded by hand. We also do spot welding in-house. Structures up to 2 tonnes are built here in Poperinge.

Chemical pretreatment and wet painting in-house.

We wet-paint in-house, in the colour and coating thickness you specify, after chemical pretreatment in a 9.5 × 4 m booth. Powder coating, metallisation, galvanising and cataphoresis are done by partners. You still deal only with us.

Assemblies with purchased components, ready for your line.

We assemble welded and painted parts with purchased components into a module that can go straight to your production line. That saves you handling and stock. Where needed, we also join parts with rivets.

We look at bend radii, welding sequence and tolerances with you.

The biggest saving is often in the drawing itself. Send it to us early and we will tell you where a different bend radius, welding sequence or tolerance makes the part cheaper or better.

Is your structure heavier than 2 tonnes, or the plate thicker than we process here? Then we work together with JONCKHEERE subcontracting in Roeselare and our site in Košice. They cut plate up to 300 mm, bend up to 7.1 m and mill parts up to 10 m long. You simply keep talking to us.
